Ground-1: An image of a face is pushing up through the ground to speak to me. It is old and rough from the elements and time, but wise and comforting in its strength.

Ground-2: A wonderful juxtaposition of geometry against the free form of nature. The incarceration and the escape.

Ground-3: An open sore on the ground’s clean surface. The wound looks deep in the middle, but is beginning to scab over and heal from the edges in.
